  - Final Reading and vote: Bill 24-158-Expanding Student Access to Period Products Act of 2021
  - First Reading on Proposed Bills-Bill 24-96-Eviction Record Sealing Authority Amendment Act of 2021
Judiciary & Public Safety Public Hearing-Thursday, January 6th at 9:30 am
- Topic: B24-0489, the “Expanding Fee Waivers for Low-Income Litigants Act of 2021”
  - Instruction for members of the public to testify: Anyone wishing to provide oral testimony must email the Committee at judiciary@dccouncil.us with their name, telephone number, organizational affiliation, and title (if any) by the close of business on Monday, January 3rd.
Government Operations & Facilities Public Hearing-Thursday, January 6th at 11:00 am

  - Instruction for members of the public to testify: The Committee invites the public to testify remotely or to submit written testimony. Anyone wishing to testify must sign up at or by phone at (202) 741-8593 and provide their name, phone number or email, organizational affiliation, and title (if any) by the close of business on Tuesday, January 4th. - Topic: Bill 24-444, the Urban Forest Preservation Authority Amendment Act of 2021
  - Instruction for members of the public to testify: The deadline to sign up to testify has passed, but written statements are encouraged and will be made a part of the official record; testimony may be submitted to abenjamin@dccouncil.us. The public may also leave voicemail testimony for the record by calling (202) 350-1344, which will be transcribed and made part of the hearing record.
